Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

For health and safety reasons, returns on grooming, hygiene, and consumable products are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Refunds

Once the returned item is inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
